Warranty / Return Policy

Warranty:   Manufactures warranty against defects in materials and workmanship has no time limit for any CampTime® product that we manufactured.  However, normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.  When the product's life is over, we hope you find that it was a long and happy one. Lots of CampTime® products are still running strong after decades of use.

CampTime® stocks all parts to keep your CampTime® product healthy, (see "parts").  If in doubt about how to fix an item, send us a picture of your CampTime® product and a brief description of its ailment to help@camptime.com.  We will quote the repair parts asap.

We also have the capability to rebuild your CampTime® product to s "functional like-new condition".  If  you would like a quote for a complete rebuld just send us a picture and a brief description of its ailment to help@camptime.com .  We will reply with a quote.

New item Return Policy:  30 Day Money-Back for any un-used item returned clean and in like-new condition.  Buyer pays a 10% restocking charge. Outbound shipping is not refundable.  Ask help@camptime.com for a return shipping label that will simplify your return via any FedEx store. We do not accept returns of used items.
